We at Sun Buildcon Pvt. Ltd formally known as Sun Builders & Developers became operational in year 1980 with the expertise, power and vision to build your imaginations. We have proved ourselves at each and every step and now after about 42 years of completion we are one of the renowned real estate developers in Ahmedabad.

About our structural designs, we take help of our young, experienced and well skilled team who keep a track on the latest technology in this fast moving world, timely update us with the new designs and amenities to our projects. We always implement the structural designs which make life easy and liveable. Along with the acceptance of the modern designs and techniques, we also keep constant check on the quality and our responsibility to the society. It is because of this ethics we have braved several economical ups and downs in the reality market and the mass scale earthquake in year 2001. In those difficult times of tremor, we through our expertise provided free structural advices to many residential building and had made their homes secured place to live in.
In a way we are fortunate that all our projects get enough word of mouth marketing from current clients and well wishers, so we have to put minimal marketing efforts. We are patron member of CREDAI AHMEDABAD GIHED (The Gujarat Institute of Housing & Estate Developers).

The next generation in our management is headed by Mr. Jayesh R. Shah
He started the company as a small firm and makes it reach its pinnacle, with his intelligence and a powerful vision. With no family background under same field, he worked, learnt and then established his own business at the early age of 25 years by taking calculative risk and by capitalizing on opportunities presented to him. He has since achieved great success and is now considered amongst the most dignified & reputed developer of Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Time upon time, he has adapted himself to new techniques. His tact, foresight & providence has helped us incorporate futuristic designs into our projects, which, combined with his powerful drive & commitment, have subsequently led to the successful execution & implementation of our projects.
Publicly he is associated with many social and elite clubs at high dignitary positions like chairman of Sun-N-Step Club, former Board of Director of Gujarat Institute of Housing & Real Estate Developers (GIHED), member of Gujarat Chambers of Commerce & Industry, former President of Lion’s Club, Naranpura, former executive member of Gujarat Cricket Association (G.C.A.)
The core management of the company is pioneered by Mr. Viral J. Shah
He holds a degree in Finance and Risk Management from USA. . He has successfully been able to absorb and incorporate his new and innovative thoughts to the company, driving the company to new heights. With strong analytical abilities, he has introduced a new dimension & standard of quality control and structural designs. He delivers the final touches for all projects, with his abilities & keen foresight into the latest and upcoming designs and trends.
Socially, He is associated with CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED as an honorary secretary. He is an influential member of the real estate development community in Ahmedabad, India. He has held various leadership positions within CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED and the Young Indians Ahmedabad Chapter and has also served as a member of the Rajpath Club and the Board of Directors for the Sun & Step Club. In the past, he was also a Central Coordinator for the CREDAI Central Youth Wing. These experiences demonstrate his dedication to the field and his commitment to advancing the interests of the real estate industry.
